It took one call to set it up! Second, timeline. We found a time within 24 hours. Third, prompt. He was here exactly when he promised. Fourth, speed. He was done in under 2 hours. He installed the new window and recalibrated the sensors, cleaned up after himself and even put the FasTrak back up. Fifth, clear information. He told me exactly what to expect as the new windshield set.

They have a shop that also does tires and brakes.

Other firms wanted to keep my car for 8 hours and drive it in. This happened at my home. And it's ready to go.

Ken was very nice and professional. I was referred to by a friend and he'd drive up to Livermore to fix my rear window on my hatch back trunk. Total time was about less than 40 minutes, He vacuumed all the debris as well. Nice Job!
